WB60+ practice

/WALKING BASKETBALL 60+ kick off/

Walking Basketball, an adapted version of the sport, is introduced for the first time in Greece. We research an innovative methodology for exercise, rehabilitation, and psychosocial empowerment for older adults. The first WB60+ team is piloting in Keratsini for the 2025-26 season with participants, women and men aged 60 to 85, all members of the 9 municipal senior centres.
